About:
Amna Ahmed Fraz is an artist and craft entrepreneur based in Karachi, Pakistan. She did her primary and secondary schooling from Karachi Grammar School after which she went on to do her Masters in Fine Arts at the National College of Arts, Lahore.

She has worked at Faiza Samee studio since 1996. Having developed several successful projects for the company, she now holds the position of Creative Director at the company.
She was also selected for a highly specialised, full scholarship 3week training program in America, conducted by the Special American Business Internship Training.
(SABIT) for the United States Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration in August 2016.
During the course of her artistic career, Amna has learnt the art and science of natural soap making, whilst pursuing a business in such. She also travelled to Istanbul for training in Ebru, a special art form originating from Turkey.

Amna has recently completed a year long diploma course in the Traditional Arts, an outreach programme of The Prince’s Foundation School of Traditional Arts, London. She has also done several short courses in said institution, with some of the top educators in the field.

Ms.Fraz is also the CEO of three tremendously successful businesses, The Paper Co. and The Gift Box Company and Soaps & Such, all of which are fresh and novel business concepts here in Pakistan. Inspired by all the fantastic raw material the earth has to offer us, Amna is now starting her own line of natural mineral pigments, paints and artists’ materials.
